We need to talk about periods in the workplace.

In our Periods at Work study, 64% of respondents said they do not feel comfortable even talking about periods in work.

It’s important to address period stigma in workplaces so we can foster better working environments for menstruating and menopausal employees.

We surveyed our community on this menstrual matter, to discover that:

🩸 70% have been ‘caught short’ by their period at work.

🩸 94% have struggled with period pain and discomfort at work.

🩸 82% would expect for a ‘period positive workplace’ to provide free period products.
