No, we offer three vending machines and these have been sized to our products. Any further changes to the size or shape of the machine will impact how it dispenses products.
Yes, it’s a one-off fee for the vending machines.
No, these do not need to be serviced.
Ideally, there should be no technical faults, but items may get damaged during transit. If your machine incurs damage or is faulty, please reach out to customer care or [email protected] for help. Kindly notify us within 5 days of receiving the item per our Terms and Conditions.
Yes, the 12-month guarantee covers normal wear and tear on the dispenser. However, damages such as the unit or hood falling off the wall, being dropped and damaged, or the bespoke wrap being torn off are not included in the guarantee.For a full breakdown of the warranty, please refer to the T&C’s.
If these are Sanistation machines then we can. Please be aware, that TOTM machines have been resized to keep products secure in the unit. A rewrapped machine will have to use specific artwork and products will not be as secure as they would with a TOTM unit. Speak to Operations if this opportunity arises and requirements can be discussed.
All machines include a QR code that links to our tampon leaflets. We also add a one-page tampon leaflet in A4 to all bulk tampon boxes and have included guidance in our Business Terms to notify all clients of tampon regulations and the need to supply a leaflet.
Yes, this would be considered a custom machine at this stage, therefore lead times would need to be agreed upon. Once we are more established in Europe, we’ll have standard vending machine artwork available in multiple European languages.

Yes! As per our usual workplace offering, our vending machines come with a designed poster.
We would need to resize the tampon window to supply non-applicator tampons, therefore this would count as a customised machine. However, we can develop this with Sanistation – lead times would need to be agreed upon.
Standard machines do not have a minimum order quantity.
We ask for a minimum order quantity of 100 for custom-made machines.
There are no installation instructions or screws included. The free-vend comes with pre-drilled holes at the back and can be self-installed. You may want to consult your facilities management team for assistance.
Our PPD2 version can hold up to 160 applicator tampons, and 105 individually wrapped pads. For the PPD4 version, it can accommodate up to 80 applicator tampons and 40 individually wrapped pads.
