No, we offer two vending machines and these have been sized to our products. Any further changes to the size or shape of the machine will impact how it dispenses products.
Yes, it’s a one-off fee for the vending machines.
No, these do not need to be serviced.
Ideally, there should be no technical faults, but items may get damaged during transit. If your machine incurs damage or is faulty, please reach out to customer care or [email protected] for help. Kindly notify us within 5 days of receiving the item per our Terms and Conditions.
All machines include a QR code that links to our tampon leaflets. We also add a one-page tampon leaflet in A4 to all bulk tampon boxes and have included guidance in our Business Terms to notify all clients of tampon regulations and the need to supply a leaflet.
Yes, this would be considered a custom machine at this stage, therefore lead times would need to be agreed upon. Once we are more established in Europe, we’ll have standard vending machine artwork available in multiple European languages.

The machines and trays are 3D printed from recycled materials.
Yes! As per our usual workplace offering, our vending machines and trays come with a designed workplace poster which includes a 20% off discount for your employees to shop our totm.com website. All workplace posters can be fully customised to suit your brand or company upon request. Email your account manager or [email protected] to ask.
Standard machines do not have a minimum order quantity.
Vending units arrive with left and right doors, square pads, dispenser screw pack, mounting frame, and the main body of the dispenser. The vending units can be self-installed and are easy to refill and restock product.
Our trays feature two keyhole screw holes for easy wall mounting, but can also be placed on bathroom countertops for flexible installation. The trays come with screws.
Our small vending unit dispenses approximately 40 tampons and 20 pads. Our large vending unit dispenses approximately 90 tampons and 40 pads.
