We set up this scheme to bust taboos and drive period positive change in workplaces everywhere. Through this scheme, we’re making organic cotton period care products available to anyone who needs them in workplaces and universities across the UK.

OUR IMPACT REPORT

The lowdown on organic cotton

Our tampons, pads and liners are made with 100% organic cotton that’s responsibly sourced and meets ethical standards.

After extensive research, we chose organic cotton as it’s not only sustainable, but also naturally soft, absorbent, and breathable. This makes it ideal to use in period care.

Our period care uses 100% organic cotton and is made without fragrance, dyes, artificial absorbents (SAP), chlorine bleach and PFAs (tested in 2023).

1 in 10 women and those assigned female of birth of reproductive age suffer from endometriosis. We donate 1% of our net sales to Endometriosis UK.

In Kind Direct

To improve access to period care, we work with In Kind Direct. Through our gift-a-pad scheme and campaigns, we send thousands of pads to IKD every month to distribute across their UK-wide network.

By joining the period positive workplace scheme, you’ll gain access to our menstrual resources hub, which offers education and toolkits to champion menstrual equity in every workplace and public space.

At TOTM, our Global Education and Health Lead, Vic Fytche, delivers live talks designed to improve understanding of menstrual health and wellbeing in the workplace.
