• To enter, complete the form above and nominate your workplace to win one of our Period Positive Workplace Starter Kits.
• A Starter Kit contains 1 box of regular app tampons (x3o units), 1 box of super app tampons (x30 units), 1 box of medium flow pads (x24 units) and 1 box of super flow pads (x20 units).
• 4 winners will be chosen at random and will receive 1 kit per winner.
• Boxes only, display units are excluded from the prize.
• The winners will be notified by email via the account and will have 14 days from notification to claim their prize. If a winner does not claim their prize within this timeframe the promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and will award the prize to a reserve drawn at the same time as the original.
• One entry per person however multiple people from 1 organisation can enter.
• We can only ship to UK addresses therefore overseas entries will excluded.
• Prizes must be accepted as offered. There is no cash or alternative prizes, in whole or part. The prizes are not transferable and cannot be resold.
